Many kind thanks for the service today and your exemplary conduct and utmost dignity at every occasion at Penrose. Please pass the family’s sincere thanks to Jeremy and his colleagues who were fantastic and so mindful of our Hindu traditions – I wasn’t able to catch them at the end of the day but hoping you could relay back to them.

Thank you to all of you for the care and kind support you gave us during this sad time.

I love that she is holding all the photos and roses close to her, that is a lovely touch, thank you. I will most definitely be recommending your services.

Dear Jeremy and all the amazing staff at Penrose,

From myself and the rest of the family I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for all that you have done for us at this incredibly difficult time. We will be eternally grateful for the respect and care you showed my dad – Alan Holmes – during his time with you, and for allowing our final precious moments spent with him.

Furthermore, your kindness and compassion made this challenging process much less painful. It is impossible to fully express our gratefulness in words.
