To Brendon and all staff,

A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.

Again, many thanks for all that you did for us.

Thank you so much for making Brian’s funeral so special, he would have loved it. I cannot thank you enough for all your care and compassion through a very difficult time.

We decided to go with a family run business as we felt we would receive that extra care and attention so needed at a difficult time. Penrose Funerals exceeded our expectations and ensured all our wishes and feelings were met. Thank you to Nathan who sensitively took us through the initial arrangements and Jeremy who was professional and dignified throughout ….the little details made a big difference and were much appreciated. Thank you again for a truly beautiful service.

We wanted to thank you so much for arranging mum’s funeral. You took charge of everything with such kindness, tact and diplomacy and we felt so lucky to have you supporting us all the way.

Several people commented on your respect and reverence towards mum’s coffin and for the way you kept us quietly informed throughout the day.

We cannot thank you enough for helping to give our darling mum such a beautiful send off. I hope you know how much we appreciate all you have done.

A few words of thanks to all who helped me with the loss of my husband. He had a wonderful send-off thanks to you and the Royal Artillery Association. I was very grateful for all the help and respect given to myself and to his daughter. Thank you all once again
