Penrose fully deserve a 5 star rating. this is the 2nd Funeral they have directed for us.
Once again they were absolutely brilliant. On meeting with Nathan we all felt that he really listened to our needs and also advised us on absolutely everything we needed to know but never tried to sell anything to us unlike a previous experience we have had at a couple of other directors which is the last thing you need at a time of loss. Nathan then kept us so well informed right up until the day of the funeral calling most days to check that everything was in order and to see how our arrangements were coming along. Nothing was too much to ask from ideas we had about the funeral to the amount of visits to our Mother from family members. On the day of the funeral we felt that the care and empathy was there from Jeremy and Nathan and all of the staff.

Jeremy asked us how we wanted to do things and even brought our flowers back for us. I would highly recommend Penrose and thank them for the smooth running of everything at such a devastating time.
We would definitely use them again as they offer everything you would want service, dignity and value for money.

From our initial meeting, collecting my mother from the hospital and taking her into your care, to the viewing of my mother in your chapel of rest, ensuring that a rare piece of music I had selected for the service became available, through to the immaculate directing of the funeral itself, you were professional, courteous and sympathetic in the most exemplary manner.
