I just wanted to say a sincere thank you to you and everyone at Penrose for the professionalism, care and support you showed throughout Dad’s funeral arrangements.

Everything yesterday was handled so calmly and respectfully, and despite the slight delay at the start, the service still came together with some improvised cuts . I’m very grateful for all the help you gave us in making sure everything was organised properly.

A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.
