We decided to go with a family run business as we felt we would receive that extra care and attention so needed at a difficult time. Penrose Funerals exceeded our expectations and ensured all our wishes and feelings were met. Just wanted to thank you for all your support leading up to Jill’s funeral. Your patience was so apparent and you helped me enormously. Also thank you to your father Jeremy who once again was so supportive. The whole team were so respectful and it was inspiring to watch the reverence you all displayed throughout the process of the funeral. I don’t live locally but if I did I would want Penrose to take my funeral.
