Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the kindness you have shown over the past few weeks. From the very moment we met you we knew you were the perfect person to provide Dad with the care he truly deserved. Your empathy and support has meant a lot to us and we will never forget everything you have done for us. You are a credit to Penrose.
Dear Penrose Team,
Many thanks to you for the dignified way you handled the funeral of my dearest mother Violet Mark, also the help you gave in such a careful way.
Everything was done to perfection and Violet’s family are truly grateful.
Dear Nathan, Jeremy and everyone and Penrose,
Thank you so much for looking after my son – Thomas Street – while he was in your care. The past few weeks have been so distressing but you made organising the funeral so much easier than I thought it would be.
I am especially grateful for the visits that you organised for me, especially the final one. I am also very grateful to Jeremy for your kind words on the day of the service.
I am so pleased that we chose to bring Tom to you. You have made my darkest times a little brighter.
Nathan, Brendan,Many kind thanks for the service today and your exemplary conduct and utmost dignity at every occasion at Penrose. Please pass the family’s sincere thanks to Jeremy and his colleagues who were fantastic and so mindful of our Hindu traditions – I wasn’t able to catch them at the end of the day but hoping you could relay back to them.
To all at Penrose Funerals,
Just to let you know how much your kindness means, a huge thanks, you done us all proud. I cannot speak highly enough of you all. On behalf of ‘Doris Davis’ (service 30th Jan 2020 @ 1.40pm) we thank you from our hearts.
