Testimonials

Thankyou all so much for looking after our dear dad, and for looking after us. You were caring, considerate and just so lovely.

Thank you for everything,

All good wishes,

Kerry and the Baxter Family - April 2022

Dear Brendon,

Just a note to say how much I appreciate you sending the order of service to New Zealand for Joanna …. I had not realised that she had passed and for you to provide the Order of Service so long after the event was very kind of you.

Thank you again for your kindness and effort,

Anna Slater - December 2021

To Penrose Funerals

Thank you so much from all our family and friends for your excellent service. The whole funeral was beautifully and respectfully done, it was so dignified and went very smoothly. Especially you went out of your way to go past P***’s place of work where they all clapped as we went by. He would have loved that.

Jarvis Family - 12th December 2024

Nathan, Brendan,

Many kind thanks for the service today and your exemplary conduct and utmost dignity at every occasion at Penrose. Please pass the family’s sincere thanks to Jeremy and his colleagues who were fantastic and so mindful of our Hindu traditions – I wasn’t able to catch them at the end of the day but hoping you could relay back to them.
Kind regards

Dear Nathan,

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the caring way you helped me plan my beautiful mum’s funeral. As it is a time of terrible loss and sadness I cannot think of anyone else who could have made it more bearable. Thank you so much and God Bless you.

Eleanor R - August 2017

To Nathan and all at Penrose, I just wanted to thank you for the sensitivity, care and respect you showed my Grannie yesterday. She looked amazing and I’m sure you caught a glimpse of her incredible 100 years as my dad spoke at the grave-side. You don’t have an easy job but I hope you know how grateful people are that you do it so well.

Your manner and conduct was gentle, considerate and supportive, thank you for all you did to make yesterday so special. You have been given the gifting and attitude needed to help bring peace and blessing during difficult circumstances. May you know God’s peace and blessing as you continue to serve others in this way, Thank you

Cally (Winnie’s Granddaughter) - Oct 2016
