If you have selected one of our Funeral Packages, or created a custom funeral to suite your needs, we can now offer easy finance over a period of 12 to 60 months through Funeral Safe who are FCA and SAIF regulated.
For example, a loan of £2,878 for our Traditional Cremation can be spread over 12 months from as little as £282.24 per month.

Financial Help
It is possible to get help with the expense of a funeral if you are on low income and find it difficult to cover the expenses. This help is provided by the Department of Work and Pensions and is a direct payment towards funeral costs. A link to their “how to claim” page and to the claim form SF200 is attached below. We can help you with this whole process, from start to finish, and once you have applied for support the Department for Work and Pensions will liaise with us as well as yourselves in order to complete your application as smoothly as possible.

Direct Cremation Service
If you are struggling with Funeral costs and looking for a simple and inexpensive solution please take a look at our Direct Cremation Service. A Direct Cremation incorporates all of our professional services and support including the use of a Hearse for transport to the crematorium with a Funeral Director and bearers. However, the main difference from a traditional cremation is that there is no public service or family presence at the crematorium on the day of committal.
If you wish we will be happy to arrange a service with a Funeral Celebrant at a location and time of your choice to mark the occasion. Even with a private service the cost of a Direct Cremation is still nearly £1,000 lower than a traditional cremation. By arranging a private committal in this way we are able to help families who are struggling with ever rising funeral costs.

Another useful approach when considering funeral costs is to use a pre-paid funeral plan. We offer this service through Golden Charter and it is an easy way to plan and pay for funeral costs.
