Dear Nathan, Jeremy and everyone and Penrose,

Thank you so much for looking after my son – Thomas Street – while he was in your care. The past few weeks have been so distressing but you made organising the funeral so much easier than I thought it would be.

I am especially grateful for the visits that you organised for me, especially the final one. I am also very grateful to Jeremy for your kind words on the day of the service.

I am so pleased that we chose to bring Tom to you. You have made my darkest times a little brighter.

Hi Nathan

Just wanted to thank you for all your support leading up to Jill’s funeral. Your patience was so apparent and you helped me enormously. Also thank you to your father Jeremy who once again was so supportive. The whole team were so respectful and it was inspiring to watch the reverence you all displayed throughout the process of the funeral. I don’t live locally but if I did I would want Penrose to take my funeral.

To everyone at Penrose, Thank you for your care, compassion and dignity in what is a difficult time arranging our mother’s funeral.

My children, Valentina and Alexander, will know that in the future, when they ask about mummy’s final journey, I can tell them all about Penrose who did their mummy proud.
