Dear Brendon,

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the kindness you have shown over the past few weeks. From the very moment we met you we knew you were the perfect person to provide Dad with the care he truly deserved. Your empathy and support has meant a lot to us and we will never forget everything you have done for us. You are a credit to Penrose.

Dear Jeremy, Nathan and Team,

Saying ‘thank you’ doesn’t begin to express how grateful I am for all that you have done for me and for my family.

Without you all Boogie’s final journey wouldn’t have been the magical closing chapter of his wonderful life, you made it very special for us all.

To Brendon and all at Penrose,

I know it’s some time now but I would just like to tell you now much your support and kindness meant to me in my darkest hour of my life. Thank you to everyone who made things so much better than it could have been. My very best wishes to all concerned in my wife’s funeral.

A simple thank you sometimes isn’t enough to truly express the gratitude that’s felt for those who are there when we need them. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for carrying out the funeral for my dear Caroline. The kindness and sympathy you showed were far beyond expectation. You were there for me throughout the whole proceeding. Yours is truly a wonderful company.

To Brendon and all staff,

A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.
