Just to say a heartfelt thank you!  From the moment we walked in through your door you made us feel at ease planning dad’s final journey. On the day everyone was just perfect; our day wasn’t easy but we have great memories thanks to Penrose.

We just wanted to say thank you for the care you gave my late father, Albert Wells. You were all truly amazing at a very difficult time, you showed my wonderful dad great respect all times. You also made all aspects of organising my father’s funeral easy and fuss free.

Thank you so much for the wonderful funeral you did for my husband. I couldn’t of asked for anything more. Special mention to Nathan for putting up with us changing this (he has the patience of a saint). Everything was perfect from beginning to end.

We would just like to thank you for the exemplary way you conducted Bill’s funeral on September 28th at Basildon Crematorium. Every aspect was just as we hoped it would be. You were always understanding and re-assuring.

Hello. I would like to thank you all for the care, support and compassion you all showed and for the lovely service you gave for my husband Dennis’ funeral on 11th August. He had a grand “send off” with so many to say their goodbyes, and the sun shone too. John Banks gave a lovely service and myself and my family would like to express our thanks for your help on such a sad day in our lives.
