Just wanted to say a heartfelt thankyou to you and all at Penrose for your dignity, help and support yesterday and beforehand in the arrangement of dad’s funeral. It was a lovely send-off and your professionalism and courtesy on the day was first-rate and warmly appreciated by our family and friends.

To Brendon and all staff,

A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.

To Jeremy, Nathan and everyone involved with our father’s funeral. We would like to express our deepest thanks for all you did after the loss of our dear husband/father.
