Dear Jeremy and Nathan,

We wanted to thank you so much for arranging mum’s funeral. You took charge of everything with such kindness, tact and diplomacy and we felt so lucky to have you supporting us all the way.

Several people commented on your respect and reverence towards mum’s coffin and for the way you kept us quietly informed throughout the day.

We cannot thank you enough for helping to give our darling mum such a beautiful send off. I hope you know how much we appreciate all you have done.

A big thank you to you and your team for yesterday, the day went like clockwork (apart from my father in law following the wrong limousine out of the crematorium which raised a few laughs at the wake)

thank you so much for all of your help and for the professionalism and empathy you showed for Sharon’s funeral. It made an otherwise tough day go as smoothly as it could have. It also meant the world to have you involved, thank you.

Hello. I would like to thank you all for the care, support and compassion you all showed and for the lovely service you gave for my husband Dennis’ funeral on 11th August. He had a grand “send off” with so many to say their goodbyes, and the sun shone too. John Banks gave a lovely service and myself and my family would like to express our thanks for your help on such a sad day in our lives.

We just wanted to say thank you for the care you gave my late father, Albert Wells. You were all truly amazing at a very difficult time, you showed my wonderful dad great respect all times. You also made all aspects of organising my father’s funeral easy and fuss free.

Thank you so much for looking after my son – Thomas Street – while he was in your care. The past few weeks have been so distressing but you made organising the funeral so much easier than I thought it would be.

I am especially grateful for the visits that you organised for me, especially the final one. I am also very grateful to Jeremy for your kind words on the day of the service.

I am so pleased that we chose to bring Tom to you. You have made my darkest times a little brighter.
