A big thank you to you and your team for yesterday, the day went like clockwork (apart from my father in law following the wrong limousine out of the crematorium which raised a few laughs at the wake)

Dear Brendon,

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the kindness you have shown over the past few weeks. From the very moment we met you we knew you were the perfect person to provide Dad with the care he truly deserved. Your empathy and support has meant a lot to us and we will never forget everything you have done for us. You are a credit to Penrose.

Many thanks for looking after John whilst he was in your care. Also thank you for all your help and support you gave us to give John a good send off on his final journey.
