The caring way you dealt with my Mother, Flossie’s funeral over the telephone, your kindness in fulfilling all our wishes and the respect and professionalism shown today made it a day we shall always treasure.

We decided to go with a family run business as we felt we would receive that extra care and attention so needed at a difficult time. Penrose Funerals exceeded our expectations and ensured all our wishes and feelings were met. Thank you to Nathan who sensitively took us through the initial arrangements and Jeremy who was professional and dignified throughout ….the little details made a big difference and were much appreciated. Thank you so much for looking after my son – Thomas Street – while he was in your care. The past few weeks have been so distressing but you made organising the funeral so much easier than I thought it would be.

I am especially grateful for the visits that you organised for me, especially the final one. I am also very grateful to Jeremy for your kind words on the day of the service.

I am so pleased that we chose to bring Tom to you. You have made my darkest times a little brighter.

Dear Nathan, my sister and I would like to thank you for all your help and advice after my dear mum, Joyce, passed away. The day was beautifully conducted by your staff and we are so thankful for that. The service sheet was so lovely, please thank your father for that.

Hello. I would like to thank you all for the care, support and compassion you all showed and for the lovely service you gave for my husband Dennis’ funeral on 11th August. He had a grand “send off” with so many to say their goodbyes, and the sun shone too. John Banks gave a lovely service and myself and my family would like to express our thanks for your help on such a sad day in our lives.
