Dear Brendon, Nathan, Jeremy and all at Penrose,

I write to thank you all for your very excellent arrangement of Denzil’s funeral. Your calm, clear and efficient directions before, during and after the service have guided us through every stage. We are very grateful for all you have done for us at this sad time for us all.

I think you may have gathered that Denzil was a very special man!

I really can’t thank the team at Penrose enough for the beautiful funeral they managed for my dear husband Fred. Especially Nathan for helping us plan the day with such care and dignity.

I met Nathan’s dad Jeremy for the first time when he arrived with the cortege to collect us from home. Immediately I felt totally at ease with this charming charismatic gentleman leading the service perfectly from begining to end.

We just wanted to say what a truly fabulous Funeral we had with Jeremy at the helm. The consideration and respect he showed us and our lovely dad was so very special and lovely to see, he guided us very caringly through everything from start to finish, he made an unbearable day….bearable, for that we are so very grateful. I also wanted to say a big thank you to Brendon who made arranging the funeral so much easier with his calming and helpful way.
