Without you all Boogie’s final journey wouldn’t have been the magical closing chapter of his wonderful life, you made it very special for us all.

Dear all at Penrose,

we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude in how you helped our family sort out and deal with the difficult process of arranging my late mother, Susan Johnson’s, funeral.

Your kindness, compassion and respect for the family, and how you delicately handled the coffin, was noticed by all.

Thank you so much for the wonderful funeral you did for my husband. I couldn’t of asked for anything more. Special mention to Nathan for putting up with us changing this (he has the patience of a saint). Everything was perfect from beginning to end.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to you all for making mums funeral so special in these very difficult times. Thank you to Brendan for taking us through the initial arrangements and for getting mum to your care.

The order of service was perfect as was the service. John did a lovely service it would of been exactly what mum would of wanted thank you for recommending him.
Thank you for guiding us through on the day which is very difficult with all the covid rules. I was worried how it was going to be but you made it all very easy for us as a family so thank you.
