thank you so much for making our mum, Rita’s, funeral service so professional, sympathetic, caring and sometimes funny. Penrose are down to earth, explained every step of the way and I would not use anyone else now.

Dear Nathan, my sister and I would like to thank you for all your help and advice after my dear mum, Joyce, passed away. The day was beautifully conducted by your staff and we are so thankful for that. The service sheet was so lovely, please thank your father for that.

We just wanted to say thank you for the care you gave my late father, Albert Wells. You were all truly amazing at a very difficult time, you showed my wonderful dad great respect all times. You also made all aspects of organising my father’s funeral easy and fuss free.

Thank you so much for making what was a very difficult time for us as a family a very beautify send off for our beloved Annie. Thank you also for the children’s keepsake necklaces, they are lovely and will be cherished forever.
