A thank you to say how much we appreciated your services. Your care and compassion toward our family will not be forgotten.

We decided to go with a family run business as we felt we would receive that extra care and attention so needed at a difficult time. Penrose Funerals exceeded our expectations and ensured all our wishes and feelings were met. Thank you to Nathan who sensitively took us through the initial arrangements and Jeremy who was professional and dignified throughout ….the little details made a big difference and were much appreciated. Just wanted to say thank you so much to you all for making mums funeral so special in these very difficult times. Thank you to Brendan for taking us through the initial arrangements and for getting mum to your care.

The order of service was perfect as was the service. John did a lovely service it would of been exactly what mum would of wanted thank you for recommending him.
Thank you for guiding us through on the day which is very difficult with all the covid rules. I was worried how it was going to be but you made it all very easy for us as a family so thank you.

We just wanted to say what a truly fabulous Funeral we had with Jeremy at the helm. The consideration and respect he showed us and our lovely dad was so very special and lovely to see, he guided us very caringly through everything from start to finish, he made an unbearable day….bearable, for that we are so very grateful. I also wanted to say a big thank you to Brendon who made arranging the funeral so much easier with his calming and helpful way.

A few words of thanks to all who helped me with the loss of my husband. He had a wonderful send-off thanks to Penrose and the Royal Artillery Association.

I was very grateful with the help and respect given to me and his daughters on our first visit and also when I collected the ashes.
