Dear Nathan, my sister and I would like to thank you for all your help and advice after my dear mum, Joyce, passed away. The day was beautifully conducted by your staff and we are so thankful for that. The service sheet was so lovely, please thank your father for that.

I just want to say a huge thank you for allowing me to say hello and goodbye to my birth mother Pat W. I never gave up searching for her and really appreciate your help and understanding in allowing me to finish this so beautifully

just to say a big thankyou for all the arrangements you did for my Mum’s funeral, Greta Bower. It’s good to know that in this day and age there are people who can organise and do things correctly, with care and compassion.

To Brendon and all staff,

A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.

Again, many thanks for all that you did for us.

Just to say a heartfelt thank you!  From the moment we walked in through your door you made us feel at ease planning dad’s final journey. On the day everyone was just perfect; our day wasn’t easy but we have great memories thanks to Penrose.
