To Brendon and all staff,

A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.

Again, many thanks for all that you did for us.

To all at Penrose,

Thank you for all your help and care with both our parent’s (and grandparent’s) funerals. They were both such lovely services, and you have been so kind and understanding at such a difficult time. Thank you for all your care,

Hi Nathan

Just wanted to thank you for all your support leading up to Jill’s funeral. Your patience was so apparent and you helped me enormously. Also thank you to your father Jeremy who once again was so supportive. The whole team were so respectful and it was inspiring to watch the reverence you all displayed throughout the process of the funeral. I don’t live locally but if I did I would want Penrose to take my funeral.
