I can’t recommend Penrose highly enough. They were excellent in every way. Efficiency, advice, assistance, sensitivity and communication. My Mother’s wishes were carried out to every detail. Their help eased all anxiety and nerves and led to a very emotional day being focused on my Mother. We decided to go with a family run business as we felt we would receive that extra care and attention so needed at a difficult time.
