Thank you to all at Penrose, so very very much, for looking after my friend and neighbour Mandi Martin, both leading up to the funeral and then having her cremated remains in your care,

A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.
