We decided to go with a family run business as we felt we would receive that extra care and attention so needed at a difficult time. Penrose Funerals exceeded our expectations and ensured all our wishes and feelings were met. Hello. I would like to thank you all for the care, support and compassion you all showed and for the lovely service you gave for my husband Dennis’ funeral on 11th August. He had a grand “send off” with so many to say their goodbyes, and the sun shone too. John Banks gave a lovely service and myself and my family would like to express our thanks for your help on such a sad day in our lives.

A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.
