I can’t recommend Penrose highly enough. They were excellent in every way. Efficiency, advice, assistance, sensitivity and communication. My Mother’s wishes were carried out to every detail. Their help eased all anxiety and nerves and led to a very emotional day being focused on my Mother. It was a celebration of her life and everyone that attended commented on how well the whole service went. Thank you everyone at Penrose Funerals you made a very hard day all that much easier.

We just wanted to say what a truly fabulous Funeral we had with Jeremy at the helm. The consideration and respect he showed us and our lovely dad was so very special and lovely to see, he guided us very caringly through everything from start to finish, he made an unbearable day….bearable, for that we are so very grateful. I also wanted to say a big thank you to Brendon who made arranging the funeral so much easier with his calming and helpful way.

Just wanted to thank you for all your support leading up to Jill’s funeral. Your patience was so apparent and you helped me enormously. Also thank you to your father Jeremy who once again was so supportive. The whole team were so respectful and it was inspiring to watch the reverence you all displayed throughout the process of the funeral.
