Thank you Nathan for arranging the funeral, it was perfect in every way.

Thank you Jeremy for completing the Order of Service and for leading the funeral in such a respectful, dignified and professional manner. We cannot express how much this meant to us as a family.

Thank you Edward and Paul for your support, respect and kindness on the day of the funeral. Edward, you offered your coat to our mum as she looked cold and Paul, you were so kind talking about the dogs outside our house before we left, the dogs were a big part of Cliff and are so important to the family, so this gave us comfort knowing that they had been recognised.

We have no hesitation in recommending your services to our family and friends.

All of you made a very sad day more bearable. We sincerely THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts,

We just wanted to say what a truly fabulous Funeral we had with Jeremy at the helm, the consideration and respect he showed us, and our lovely dad was so very special and lovely to see, he guided us very caringly through everything from start to finish, he made an unbearable day….bearable, for that we are so very grateful, I also wanted to say a big thank you to Brendon who made arranging the funeral so much easier with his calming and helpful way.

To Nathan and all at Penrose, I just wanted to thank you for the sensitivity, care and respect you showed my Grannie yesterday. She looked amazing and I’m sure you caught a glimpse of her incredible 100 years as my dad spoke at the grave-side. You don’t have an easy job but I hope you know how grateful people are that you do it so well.

Your manner and conduct was gentle, considerate and supportive, thank you for all you did to make yesterday so special. You have been given the gifting and attitude needed to help bring peace and blessing during difficult circumstances. Thank you for everything to do with Mirka’s last journey. We could not have done this without you.

We would just like to say thank you for looking after Maria Dulieu and everything you did for us as a family. For all the care and attention you gave right to the very last detail.

Penrose showed respect taking us through the detailed procedure with personal delicacy enabling us to honour a special woman.
