Penrose showed respect taking us through the detailed procedure with personal delicacy enabling us to honour a special woman. A quick note to thank you all for your care and attention with my sister’s funeral. Everything worked like clockwork and the deepest respect was given to both us and my sister. The webcam worked perfectly and my remaining sister was able to watch and say goodbye to her twin.
