On behalf of myself, Marie, Jim, Alice, Ronnie and Maggie we would like to send our heartfelt appreciation for your support during our most difficult time in arranging our lovely mum’s funeral. Your support was just want we needed to get through and all of you were amazing, especially Nathan and Brendan.

Mum had the most beautiful send off anyone could wish for and we as a family would have been lost without you all. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

My family and friends want to thank sincerely all the staff at Penrose for being so compassionate, professional and sensitive with fulfilling our wishes to celebrate the life of Margaret Rose Shales. Penrose showed respect taking us through the detailed procedure with personal delicacy enabling us to honour a special woman. We just wanted to say what a truly fabulous Funeral we had with Jeremy at the helm. The consideration and respect he showed us and our lovely dad was so very special and lovely to see, he guided us very caringly through everything from start to finish, he made an unbearable day….bearable, for that we are so very grateful. I also wanted to say a big thank you to Brendon who made arranging the funeral so much easier with his calming and helpful way.
