My family and friends want to thank sincerely all the staff at Penrose for being so compassionate, professional and sensitive with fulfilling our wishes to celebrate the life of Margaret Rose Shales. Penrose showed respect taking us through the detailed procedure with personal delicacy enabling us to honour a special woman. I would highly recommend the family run business, and my father wishes are to use Penrose as he can guarantee a perfect ceremony. Thank you.

Nathan and Jeremy, Thank you so much for waiting for me tonight, I really appreciate it. I’m so pleased I got there to see mum, she looks lovely and looks like she’s just having a lovely sleep. I love that she is holding all the photos and roses close to her, that is a lovely touch, thank you. I will most definitely be recommending your services.

Just to say a heartfelt thank you!  From the moment we walked in through your door you made us feel at ease planning dad’s final journey. On the day everyone was just perfect; our day wasn’t easy but we have great memories thanks to Penrose.

To Nathan and all at Penrose, I just wanted to thank you for the sensitivity, care and respect you showed my Grannie yesterday. She looked amazing and I’m sure you caught a glimpse of her incredible 100 years as my dad spoke at the grave-side. You don’t have an easy job but I hope you know how grateful people are that you do it so well.

Your manner and conduct was gentle, considerate and supportive, thank you for all you did to make yesterday so special. You have been given the gifting and attitude needed to help bring peace and blessing during difficult circumstances. I can’t recommend Penrose highly enough. They were excellent in every way. Efficiency, advice, assistance, sensitivity and communication. My Mother’s wishes were carried out to every detail. Their help eased all anxiety and nerves and led to a very emotional day being focused on my Mother.
