A big thank you to you and your team for yesterday, the day went like clockwork (apart from my father in law following the wrong limousine out of the crematorium which raised a few laughs at the wake)

To Nathan and all the team at Penrose,

We would just like to say a big “Thank you” for the care and consideration you gave our dad, Alan. We really appreciated your assistance and attention to detail as this sad time. Your kind support and guidance was a huge help to us.

A few words of thanks to all who helped me with the loss of my husband. He had a wonderful send-off thanks to Penrose and the Royal Artillery Association.

I was very grateful with the help and respect given to me and his daughters on our first visit and also when I collected the ashes.

Dear Nathan, Jeremy and everyone and Penrose,

Thank you so much for looking after my son – Thomas Street – while he was in your care. The past few weeks have been so distressing but you made organising the funeral so much easier than I thought it would be.

I am especially grateful for the visits that you organised for me, especially the final one. I am also very grateful to Jeremy for your kind words on the day of the service.

I am so pleased that we chose to bring Tom to you. You have made my darkest times a little brighter.
